Effective April 1, 2008 Micro Powders, Inc. has appointed Archway Sales, Inc. (formerly Deeks & Co.) based in Cincinnati, OH as their exclusive agent in the Ohio territory to represent their product line of high-performance wax additives. This territory includes Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Western New York, Southern Indiana and West Virginia. In addition to the Ohio territory, Archway has been representing Micro Powders in St. Louis, Memphis and Kansas City for over 20 years. Since 1968, Archway Sales, Inc. has sold and distributed a comprehensive line of specialty chemical products that has consistently met our customers needs.

We are pleased to announce that Kevin Suggs has joined Archway Sales, Inc. as a Sales Representative for our Chicago region. Kevin attended Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana where he received a degree in Pre-Medicine. Kevin has 17 years of experience in the chemical business, most of which was spent with Morton International, Rohm & Haas and NB Coatings serving in many technical, technical group leadership, technical sales and SAP / demand analyst roles. He was most recently with Cognis Nutrition and Health as a Regional Product Line Manager.

Deeks & Company of Cincinnati, OH is a specialty chemical distributor that was founded in 1937. They have served the Ohio Valley market for over 70 years. The acquisition of Deeks & Company expands Archway Sales, Inc. coverage in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Western New York, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Viginia. This will add four technical Sales Representatives to our current team. Archway Sales, Inc. now operates 6 regional offices and 12 warehouses with 72 employees. Archway Sales, Inc. is a specialty chemical distributor founded in 1968 with headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
